50A656 50-inch plasma TV

Hi, I have 50A656 50-inch plasma TV which probably doesn't have MPEG4 because I don't see a picture, just sound on DTV-T channels. Also USB reads only pictures and mp3. Can I hack it so any of there "issues" can be "fixed"
