If you have root access, you can dump this file from inside.

UPGRADE_START .
not run, and
UPGRADE_START not delete :/
It looks like, I do not have files in
/mtd_exe
Time to run brains.

TV repaired.
Just create a directory /mtd_swu/standalone
And turn off WATCHDOG
