Change from Fransat to Freesat

Bit of a strange problem really.

I have just bought a Samsung UE55HU7500LXZF (French model) but I live in the UK. [I did not realise that it was french when i bought it, but it was cheap!]

When I tune the TV it gives me the option under aerial of:
Air
Cable
Satellite
Fransat

I have another Samsung TV a UE40F7000LXXU (a UK model) and that gives me the aerial options of:
Air
Cable
Satellite
Freesat

and when I tune to Freesat it gives me the interactive guide to choose entertainment, all channels HD channels etc.

I want to change my UE55HU7500LXZF to being the same as my UE40F7000LXXU in offering me to tune to Freesat and the interactive guide.

Does anybody know if this can be done with firmware, or do I need to change the tuner in it, or even the whole control board and tuner?

Any help is much appreciated as 10 copies of each channel sorted randomly is doing my head in, and I don't appreciated the TV turning on to babestation all the time!

You have to change local set in service menu (check wiki for how-to). It's likely that French model doesn't own DVB-T2 tuner but it doesn't matter for sat.

There was a list of about 50 tuners, do you know which one is the UK spec one?

You must not change tuner type, it's hardware related. Either it's soldered on the mainboard or not :)

Ah ok, I will give that a go tonight, this is the option that is only accessible by using the IR blaster and WAV file yes?

Yes it's in "extended" service menu you need IR trick to access.
