40ES8000 - Visualization problem after 10 minutes

Hi all,
I have a second problem on my UE40ES8000 in 4 years: the first after 1,5 years, resolved with a mainboard replace (in warranty period), the second one now, after 2,5 years from the mainboard replace but, unfortunately, all warranties are now expired.
The problem is the following:
I turn on the TV and all is OK for 10 minutes, after this period the image on display begin to break in million coloured pixels, also completely dark for some seconds and then return in the "million coloured pixels", but the audio hasn't problem (I can hear it correctly).

I tried some methods: reset, firmeare updates, firmware downgrade, but nothing is changed.
The problem I had in the first replace, in warranty, was similar but the image was less "broken" and in some cases the message of "signal not present" appeared.
My fear is that for the second time I need to replace the mainboard, this time without warranty, how much will it cost? Is the mainboard still available for substitution?
Someone had my problem in the past? Did you resolved?
