Hi,

I am new to this forum and need some help.

I have a Samsung UE55ES6560UXXU TV and I am having display problems.

Please help as I know a bit about computers but nothing about televisions and I don't want to get ripped off.

I have sound.

I have tried unplugging all connections and unplugging unit for 10 minutes.

Also a rep at Samsung gave me some combinations to press into the remote - no luck.
