I have the Samsung ue40ju6000 firmware 1452.

Why many times as i see youtube videos is stuck even the wifi connection to my router still exist and the internet works fine.

Why is this happening and is there a solution for that issue?

Have not experienced any issues on mine. Try to use ethernet cable. If not then disable auto channels in router and good neighbor policy.

I had same problem on my ue55ju6410 firm 1452.

Made a reset to Smart hub. working fine now.
