Hi,

Recently, I tried to connect local area cable tv, provided through aerial cable to my TV UA48H6400. The TV is searching for analogue channels only. The cable operator is providing both analogue and digital channels, as I got them all on my other TV. There is no option to select. It automatically search for analogue channels. I am sure this model has digital channel support as well. I am in Asia (Pakistan). Do I need to enable it from service menu or something?

Please help.

I went into service menu and I could see Tuner option. I changed it but the settings are not saved. Region settings are also greyed out.

If you enter to Extended Service menu sending INFO + FACTORY you can change region there. (Search in wiki or forum how to enter Extended Service Menu) But you will need be carrefuly what you change there can brick your TV. If your tunner is only analogue then you cant do nothing with it.

I was not able to enter extended service menu...
