cant delete after recording

hello. i have purchased UE48JS9005QXXE. After i have record program i want to delete them but i cant. The hdd is Toshiba Canvio Basics 1TB. It is USB 3.0 (USB 2.0 compatible).I have test with Another hdd with usb 2.0 who had lead and it cant delete the record program. Then i test recording with Toshiba Canvio Basics 1TB on UE48J6275 and i can delete them. This is the website of the hdd:

I have Contact samsung support. He Said i should uppgrade to latest firmware.

Now i have firmware Version : 1460.4 (2016.07.21)Now its working after update the software. is there a problem with rooting the tv now?

Yes
No "latest fw support" You need to block updates on router and wait for your fw to be NOT "latest fw"
