UE49KU6400UXXU stuck asking me to connect the one connect??


Hello new on here,
I'm looking for major help.
My samsung 49 inch 4k tv suddenly turned self off rebooted and alls it does is ask me to check that the one connect is connected properly.
My TV doesn't even have the connection for what it's asking.
I can't boot to service mode,can't use source tried everything it's just stuck on this first screen after samsung boot up screen.
Can't even operate by the button bottom right hand side of tv?
Any help I would really appreciate it.

New Samsung idea maybe, force user to buy One Connect Box after some time?

Better ask them or aftersale imho

if you input in service menu model KS8000 or KS9000 it want one coonect and no service menu allowed . only eeprom reflash is solution

what pins do i short for eeprom reset

HELLO i need your help i have this tv UE40KU6000 i go in to service menu and activate something so now my tv sow me only one screen to tell me connect cable one connect cable so now my controller no work in this screen only key working is extra to option smart hub. my tv now stack in this screen and no sow me again the service menu so how disable this screen or how to reset tv to out of this screen ? plz help me . thanks you

Did you changed BOM model? Can you access Service Menu to check that option?

im not sure what changed fix in service menu one change write something for fan this is off and me make on but im not remember other changes but tv make fast restart in my last active changed and just ask me to connect this cable.
no bro my tv sow only the icon to say install connect cable and nothing key play only power key of remote and smart hub key so in 30-40 second tv sow one window tell me the install connect fan is hot so the tv close soon .service menu tray to open but not open
my tv come in 1250.2 fw one day tv make auto update to fw 1260.1 so my tv stop work apps smart hub and im try to fix this and make more damage :/ .
if not find here any solution tomorrow go tv in Samsung service.
pliz tell me what f.w need i have install in my tv to root ???, i need I know to tell him in technical in Samsung to install in my tv, need have this and down of this ???: T-JZ* firmwares up to 1169

Just by new mainboard and it will fix your problem.
