Green Lines (like Matrix Code) in OSD Menu - TV hangs after 5s

Hi there,
I have bought a Samsung UE32ES6300SXZG used in mint conditions. The only problem, I have green lines in the OSD menu (and only there!). Furthermore the TV stucks and reboots within 5s when I'm in this menu. I can also browse through the Smart Hub and watch TV on external source with a receiver.
I have already opened the TV and searched for broken capacitors. All components seem to be okay except this one:
What you thing? Should I replace the power board or do you have any other ideas/solutions?
