Hi there,

Got this player for sometime model BD-H6500 but never finish watching a movie even once because i always got this problem on CINAVIA wherein the audio is muted and the message is displayed in the middle of the screen. Anyone can help me on this. Thanks

Yes, we have root for your device. To get it you have to block updates and wait. It won't work if updates not blocked
