Hi Guys

I need your help desperately.

I am from South Africa, I bought my TV here and its a UA65JU6000 with firmware T-HKM6DEUC-1471.2

i want to update your firmware but the South African Samsung website has firmware that does not want to update

please advise what needs to be done to change firmware to South Africa

If I believe you, it looks you have European fw, so you should try to get update of equivalent model (UE) from Samsung Europe (any country, as long as fw filename is HKM6DEUC...)
That said, it's not impossible you already have latest fw, since TV systematically auto-updates without asking

@zoelechat..could you do me a favour?? I do have the same tv Ua48ju6000..i messed with service menu and the extra features have stopped working.could you post all service menu pictures for me. Please help. Thanks

Can't guess service menu settings without such TV, and even less "make pictures", you need somebody else with same (or similar) model to kindly do so
