optical output is interrupted

hello, I am 40d6500 and optical outputs connected Onkyo tx-ds474 amplituner and went perfect. Interruptions occurred randomly and switch from stereo to dolby dolby digital content digital.Si if play is intrerupe.I tried a digital optical-coaxial and optical output Onkyo and also interrupt .I connected to a DVD and goes perfectly, so TV is the last firmware update from Samsung and after, i downgrade to 1013 and nothing.
