Hi.

My tv for some reason now is constantly updating smart hub every time I turn it on. Sometimes it freezes and won't allow me to do a thing or sometimes it just reboots and says updating smart hub again. The wifi connection stopped working a year ago after an update but it's not done this before. Can anyone help? It's a ue40es6300

Did you try reset smart hub? And/or factory reset?

Yes I have tried. I've been told it's my wifi module. Where is this located on the tv? I have ordered a new one
