Sorry, I saw someone else posted that information so I thought it might be useful. I did the original hack using the firmware before 3003.1 (it was 2xxx but I don't know exactly what). Since getting everything working, I've upgraded to 3005.1 and it's still working. I didn't need to enable Guide+ as the C7000 has it by default. Hope this helps.

At last i found little time to play with Samba. After doing few changes into 04_04_samba.init.dis it works OK. I have samba shares without password, thats why i had to adapt listing and mounting commands...

erdem you can update my line for UE55C6500 model... SAMBA is working and actually also NFS and UPNP but i turned it off because i don't use it.

next steps: 02_04_replace_wifi_mod.init.dis .. i already ordered compatible wifi usb key so will see... but samba is rather slow through wifi (network share is on wifi) so i think putting TV on wifi will kill samba :(... i might move to wired only setup after testing...

I just tried new SamyGO extension. Thanks to it apache is working! :) great!.

however I had to do this changes:
- change web root to attached USB disk rather than copying it to TV.
- I had to create folder etc/apache2/modules.d so installation can create conf files there (otherwise server will not start)
- i had to comment all "basename" commands in phpsysinfo/index.php. Otherwise it was using incorrect links... now also phpsysinfo works

i successfully installed phpFileManager 0.9.3 so now i can browse files through web.

Does C7700 different that C7705 ? Or does it just case difference as B series?
