web browser of tv is not working

I have a samsung tv ,ks7300 model ,bought in china.Iam using a vpn and changed the location to US to watch good videos.I can watch YouTube but i cannot use webbrowser.If i open the page of webbrowser ,just a black screen appear.Then i use home button to go to smart hub..I WANT TO KNOW THE WAY TO ACTIVATE IT TO OPEN WEBSITES
