Hi guys,

I purchased a UE48H6270SSXZG in Germany two years ago and I discovered some time later that it comes without dvb-t2 tuner, so I replaced the motherboard with the italian version and now I can find some more channels. The fact is that all the channels have in the name the "(connect)" word, but when I try to play them, an error message appears "Service is not available".
Do you have any suggestion about or it means that it is not compatible at all with the new german tv technologies? (dvb-t2 + hevc).

You need to replace the tuner with a dvbt2 hvec h.265 compatible one

Thank you for your answer, do you mean just the tuner (by disordering it?) or the full motherboard?
The one I am using atm is: BN41-02156A from an Italian UE48H6240AY .
Checking on the webpage it looks like the tv should came with dvb-t2 tuner , but maybe not hevc. Where can I check it?

The italian tuner doesnt support hevc h.265
