Hello Guys,
I Need your help. My TV is turning off after a while. I dont know why... For example when i try to turn on smart hub, the tv frezzes or will turn off Automaticly... I cant Access smart hub. I did Factory reset (soft/hard) but no success... what can i do?

Did you factory reset from service menu? Is USB with SamyGO removed?

Yes i did.

Is TV operating normal without any USB attached?

Yeah no usb is plugged in. Also smart hub is always installing or not starting. OTN is disabled...

How can i downgrade my tv software? I couldnt install the 2009 version, my tv shows that on the usb there is not Software.

I tried to install the root, but it doenst startup. What can i do there ?

EDIT: I forgot to install the 0000 firmware at first to downgrade my tv. The downgrade might help to start smart hub faster. I my recent software (2020) smart hub needs to load 5min. In these 5min its allways installing something. I get the message, when i press smart hub button, that smart hub i been updated please wait.

Disable network(or unplug network cable at all) and try to start smarthub. This method sometimes helped on other series, it might will help you too. Otherwise i'm out of ideas.

I will try to install the old firmware.

EDIT: I cant. TV is freezing every 5 min After installing the 0000 Firmware.

So you have to install any regular firmware.

Yes but when i try, then it stucks After some percent... TV turning Auto. off

Do factory reset in service menu.
