UE40C6700 sometimes in boot-loop

I have a Samsung tv UE40C6700 from 2010 with a big problem. After some hours switched on, it suddenly shuts down and starts again after a few seconds. Then sometimes it stays on, but very often it is in a loop with switching on and off. When it cools down (the next day) I can use it again for some time and then the loop starts again. It seems to be a thermal problem. When I opened the back cover and leaves it open, the tv runs longer, but after some hours it starts again switching off and on.
The TV is not hacked. The electrolytic capacitors seems to be ok. It has nothing to do with network access. It has no Wifi or LAN connection. I tried to reproduce the failure by heating it up with a hairdryer, but without any success.
I can only use the TV without back-cover for 2-3 hours. Then it starts the boot-loop.
Has anyone an idea where to search the bug? Any comment is very welcome.
