hi, sorry for my bad english.
2 questions on 40h6400.
1. since i've enabled PVR turning 6400 into 6500 following forum instructions, what if i update sw from 2820 to 2880? and if I do a factory reset?
2. the wifi works but if I connect a network cable it does not connect and tells me to insert a network cable: so samsung support suggests me to upgrade sw or do a factory reset (so question no.1)
any suggestion?
thanks

1. Worst case you change model again, but it shouldn't move anyway.
2. I bet upgrade won't fix anything

When you plug cable TV asks to plug cable, that's it?
Did you check if it wasn't related to model change?

By reverting to original model of course, but if you're sure it used to work after change... No idea then, it's aftersale matter, not ours.
