yes, you have broken your TV.
What is your start.sh like?
Do you have ExLink cable for C series?

Hmmm. Realy bad. Because you didn`t add to start.sh script start of exeDSP. Your chance repair TV are near to zero even with cable, because top debug console depends from exeDSP (i`m not sure about it) that in your case do not start at all ant TV is in bootloop.. So you can try build or buy cable (sxematic you can find on C series wiki or you can use Cell phone data cable).
Here is possible to delete whole /mtd_rwarea from debug console.
Did you set rs232 Jack to debug in service menu before you broke TV? If you didn`t, cable will not work. Direct way to Service and New Year without TV

you have about 20 sec until watchdog reboots your TV, right?
So theoretically it is enought time to get to deebug menu and empty /mtd_rwarea/. TV starts after this as new one. But here is one BUT: if you get to debug console without exeDSP start.

ok. It is your choice. If you copy all commands to buffer and paste it at once, you need just 3 secs to do it

If console works... Yes, UART was primary setting witch needed to change to debug.
So, make decision.

Yes, TV restores /mtd_rwarea for its normal operating.
