Do you reach bash command line? If you drop to bash than you can copy firmware to your USB device via dd command.

Himm, I don't know correct offset for your TV too.
Finding correct offset is not an easy thing.
Might be some day, some hacker found way to enable it.

And I say 'dd' not 'DD', which is completely different on Unix systems.

If TV has networking capability, than you could add required drivers to your TV for using Wifi as we make for unsupported WiFi dongles.
Just use modules at SamyGO Expansion packs.
But I think they don't compatible with your TV because your processor is MIPS instead of ARM.
At worst scenario, you needed to compile those modules by yourself.
