Sound quality issues with youtube, receiver and DTS

Hello,
my TV is connected to Yamaha RX-V481 Receiver via HDMI (ARC). When I set Audio Format to DTS Neo audio in youtube is somewhat distorted - I hear ~1 sec breaks every 1-2 minute. The issue disappears if I set audio to PCM.
Also I don't have any issues with DTS when I watch from TV or USB.
TV is connected to broadband internet via cable, so connection should not be an issue.
