Get the Prime Video app
You can get the Prime Video app from the Samsung Smart Hub:
Press the Smart Hub button on your TV remote.
Select Samsung Apps from the menu.
Select Prime Video.

I can't find it.
I have 1440 firmware, I pressed Smart Hub button, Featured, Apps, searched for prime video without success. I don't have it.
Regards.

You don't need to remove the root application in order to install an app!!
To install the Prime Video/Amazon app, simply go to the app center and install it.

Do you have a j series?
On j series you have to block app using DNS or root got uninstalled... By unblocking DNS root widget disappear.
However on my app center I don't have prime video.
A friend that nave dame model with firmware 1530 have prime video.
So it seems that app center checks form firmware version.
