Take hi resolution photos of your mainboard. Especially to microchips 8-pin next to the CPU (big allu radiator). You`ll get back your TV working. Check this topic. I need photos where place of 8pin chips and letters on it are visible.

Are you kidding???
You wanna Servce makes photos? No way. You get lost your warranty. Playing wth servce menu settings is nt under waranty and you are responsible what you get if you change some settings you do not understand. Do not change setting you do not know what it does!
Here are few chips 8 pin on mainboard, but only ne is eeprom, what we have to reset. To find out witch is it we need photos.

Another way, probably might work:
After TV is of from RC (just power on it and put it to stand-by from remote control), press:
INFO MENU MUTE POWER
and try use spotlight - sometimes it helps to view menus even if screen remains black and you can navigate to FactoryReset :)

Quality of picture is not enough to search for... no letters visible. your explanations are not clear enought to understand what is what.
what is the IC4002? It is not clear what letters are on it?

you can try both,
IC3008 - ATMLH004 at first and if no success, then
IC4002 - S24CS02
