Hey! So, I woke up today and powered on the TV as I normally would, but a message saying "Check that the One Connect is connected to the TV" appeared. From that point, I couldn't do anything. I powered off the TV, powered it back on and same thing. Contacted Samsung Support and suggest to restart the One Connect box, but I don't even have one (nor have I ever). The TV model is UN49K6500AHXPA.
What can I do? Thanks.

Are you sure you didn't try to change model to greater in service menu?

Did not. Actually, opened the Service Menu and didn't even have the option to see the Model. Thanks for the info! Will check that thread.
