UE32F5300 AWXXH main board replacement

Hello. My F5300 stopped working today, and I tested power board and LCD panel is working. After I connected main board, I always get two red blinks and nothing happens. I found main board, but it is for UE32F4500AW. Can I use this board for replacement? They are identical and have the same markings, but the resolution is not the same (new board is hd TV, my original board is full hd).
