Someone maybe can help me, since one week, mi TV 60KU6000 have a freezing problem. Firmware 1240

Nothing is connecting, and I can not access my menus, freezing, slow, I can not change source ever.

i will try to enter hidden menu and do a factory reset tonight.

But if you have more idea, please feel free.

Well I can not enter service mode.

I can not enter menu, or if I enter it i can not see anything.
