UE32F6100 - Can I activate HDMI-CEC or Anynet+ support ?

Hello
Like in topic - I own Samsung UE32F6100 TV with firmware 1031.0.
This TV doesn't have Anynet+/HDMI-CEC officially.
Can I somehow activate that feature via Service Menu, so I can turn on my TV with Chromecast and Google Home ?
