Hi everyone, I need your help. I made a stupid thing by entering to the service menu of my TV : UA40J5500 ==> HDMI Calibration : Failure.

I need something to get back all the settings as default. If there is any software to re-setup the TV or a tutorial to set the the menu service like it was before my stupid manipulation.

thx @zoelechat. Je vois que tu es en france. Peux-tu STP m'aider à reconfigurer ma télé. même avec la reset Factory, le problème persiste. HDMI Calibration : failure.

Forum is english speaking and no help is language based. Infos you need ought to be in service manual and I don't know more than you anyway.

Hi good morning everyone,
I succeeded to fix the problem without using the service menu manual.
It is very simple For those who want to do it :
* search on youtube a video for calibration by typing ""Chess patern color calibration samsung tv"" as key words
* chose the correspondant video to play it.
* now you you put the HDMI cable to your laptop or any other device to play the video on the tv.
* Go to the service menu and then to hdmi calibration, within 2 or 3 seconds it will be changed to success and the colors become correct.
