Does your TV is under warranty? If it is, please call Samsung service and tell them TV broken by itself

But if its out of warranty, than you can try recover it with information on wiki pages and forum topics.
If you think you cannot make it by yourself you can call a friend who understands from computers/electronics, he/she might recover it.
