Default front color/model/tuner UE40D6570 (UE40D6000 series)

I have a TV UE40D6570. I have lost the Front Color/Model/Tuner from the service menu
If someone has the same model can you please give me thoses informations or if possible send me screenshoots configured by defaut ?
