Hello
On my TV EU48J6300 starts but I can't open the menu or SmartHub. Is it possible to reset the motherboard without replacing it? I will be grateful for writing back. Thank you.

@Gugs, did you happen to find a solution? I’ve got a UN32J5500 that does the same thing. Smart logo then tv snow. Can’t use remote to turn off or control any menus.

change the motherboard. unfortunately this is inevitable.
