Hi all,
since some months I'm experiencing this very annoying situation and SH is not usable.

The only app that starts is Internet browser but is restarts continuously when trying to load the BING home page.

I have tried factory reset few times also from extended menu but no results.
I tried to load FW 0000 but the upgrade fails at 28%.

I tried several reset of SH and the use of different DNS and even different ISP via mobile ISP.

Root Samygo widget is not anymore available and SH is completely empty (with the exception of the Internet app).

Do someone have any suggestion ?

May be I can format RWCommon area in some way ?

I do not have root anymore and account Samsung is grayed (not available).

Thanks

I have found an EEPROM Reset option in the Service Menu.
What will happen if I push it ?

Shall I make a pic of the service menu as it is now ?
Will it help for this Smart Hub issue ?

This forum seems dead sins some time. It was so helpfull in the past ....

Your TV is probably dying :) So not much advice, better switch to something else :) You could also try changing the board, for such old tv it should be pretty cheap :) I changed my E for something like 10 or 20 euro. No point fixing something so cheap

Well , probably you are right but:
- first I cannot find a new motherboard for this model
- second I believe it is a SW issue amd not HW

Then U know , It is also matter of principle :)

What happens if I rename PartitionSwitch_0_0 in PartitionSwitch_1_0 ? Will the TV reboot with previous FW release ?

I wouldn't do that, it might brick tv. Also there are tons of used boards on the market and it does NOT have to be for "same model". It's enough if it fits :) I upgraded my tv (by changing board) from EH to ES via board change :D

Good point.
Do you think there is any chance to find a compatible mobo that supports also H.265 ? This would be worth.
The best would be to find one rootabe
