Hi there! As you can see from the object I've got an issue with Samsung (non-smart) TV model UE26EH4000 (not W) with the setup of the Local Area. I've bought it in Italy (I'm italian), but the TV was "import" and it's for "general purpose" in Europe. I enter in the service menu with INFO+MENU+MUTE+POWER and when i go into Options menu I'm not able to change the settings because is greyed out and it says EU_BENELUX (instead EU_ITALY as I want to change).
I've just tried the turnaround of "Hotel menu" but doesn't worked for me.

Can I upgrade the firmware or install the same version but "unlocked"?

You need access extended service menu.
You need to send INFO + FACTORY from app or
FACTORY + 3SPEED
