I got the new router from ISP

It has some issues with url blocking

Tried to open these urls and none of them work.

msecnd.net
samsungotn.net
otn.samsungcloudcdn.com
samsungcloudsolution.net

Is it safe to continue using rooted tv without blocking these urls?

TV can get upgraded to newer firmware without asking you. If your TV is tizen and you can't block OTN Support in service menu.

Its not tizen, 2014 model HU8500

I disabled update formware option in the manu.

Huawei HG8245H5 router doesnt have option of blocking https urls. (Actually it has but doesnt work)

Last ZET router had that option.

Is it safe to use oscam altough the urls arent blocked?

My TV is also from 2014 and I block updates on router also, because if you enter in Service Menu with RC and you don't check OTN Support = OFF it always change to On on my TV and I have to check and change it every time when I enter there. Once my TV got upgraded by surprise because of that.
Without blocking these url you can use oscam without issues.

My tv also alwys turn this auto update ON, so you suggest I always turn this OFF when I use my tv to prevent updates? In that case I can use oscam without blocking url?

It has to stay off always if you don't want your TV upgrade itself. If you block url on router it just another safety. And Yes you can use oscam without blocking url.

can you turn it off permanently in the service manu (tv turned off and button combo info-menu-mute-power?)

Blocking by url doesn't work you have to use DNS!!!!
