PVR Stops Randomly While Recording

Hello All,
I was wondering if any of you who has enabled PVR in your K series has experienced this issue.
OTA PVR randomly stops while recording, regardless of type of recording(e.g. scheduled recording vs. instant recording).
Any idea what causes this and how to rectify it?
