greyed menus not available

Hi
I used to have samygo running on my TV but
I Lost part on menus in ue46d6200
-channels
-network
I moved to another région of France but impossible to get
new TNT channels
After reset the TV finally
I made an upgrade to firmware 1028
Probably Bad thing...
Same sub menus are not availble
The message is "Signal not strong" even if the quality of reception of fullhd
Is there a solution in service menu or extended svc ?
