I think this forum which is impressive have Samsung TVs experts who could tell me a way to solve my problem.

I just bought NEO QLED 50QN90A (2021).
Before, a samsung "expert" (on samsung.com by live chat) told me we will be able to disable WIFI and Bluetooth in the TV menu.
But this was a lie, and now I am still searching a solution because my wife is electrosensitive and bluetooth, WIFI, etc give her health problems (first, headaches) everytime.
When this TV is ON or even in sleep mode, it keeps sending Bluetooth radio waves continuously.
I am sure this is Bluetooth and not WIFI and the TV Bluetooth name is detectable.
My Cornet ED88TPlus is measuring 2.4GHz microwaves with 2V/m.

WIFI can be disable in the menus and I use a ethernet connection (ok).
It is also possible to use an IR remote to control the TV (ok).
But I disabled all others options in the menu without success, trying to disable the Bluetooth.

I do not know if this is related to :
- SmartThings (though I don't use it)
- a bixby server
- the communication with the smart remote (to get the loading level?) but my smart remote is not appaired.

I found a way to go to the service mode : (tv in sleep mode) Info, Menu, Mute, Power
An "Advanced" submenu can be shown selecting "CAL DATA RESTORE", but this menu is empty.
On the main menu, when I click on 1234 with the IR remote; I think it is unlocking something because the selection rectangle is moving to "Option".

Some settings I saw in the secret menu are:
BT ADDRESS: xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx (can not be changed)
BT DUT : ON/OFF (did not try to change it, at the moment)
bixby server : prod/dev/dm1/dm2/dm3/dm4/pre/stg_us/stg_eu (did not try to change it, at the moment)
OTA support : general/OFF
OTN Support : ON (greyed out)
BT Non-Discoverable : ON/OFF

I changed without success :
OTA support : general > OFF
BT Non-Discoverable : OFF > ON (when the tv is in sleep mode, the TV is not found during a Bluetooth search but there is always Bluetooth radio waves)

I know that in previous samsug TV, there were options like :
Voice Recognition : ON/OFF
Network Support : NONE/wifi_int
BT Support : ON/OFF
BT_AUDIO_ON_OFF : ON/OFF
Simple IR Remote Control : ON/ON
Samsung Smart Control : ON/OFF
BLE (BT low energy) : ON/OFF

It seems that these options do not exist in NEO QLED or are hidden in the service menu.
Do you know a way to really disable the Bluetooth on NEO QLED ?

Maybe you need to access Extended Service Menu to show up some more options. Or the best way is to disconnect Bluetooth/Wi-Fi modul from mainboard, but for this you need to open back of your TV

I don't know how to go to extended service menu.

I tried to send FACTORY+3SPEED with my Logitech Harmony Remote but when I send FACTORY or 3SPEED in service menu, it runs a kind of test and the screen shows a full screen with the same color (blue, red, green).
I think my Harmony has good settings because I can open the service menu (when the tv is on) with INFO + FACTORY.

I think this is not possible to easily solve my problem with a hardware solution because in my TV, there is a card which manages IR/BT/WIFI.

If this card is disconnected, the IR will no more operate

Try using this app if you have smartphone with built-in IR

PRESS S1 (INFO) + S2 (FACTORY)
And check this I don't speak French but I can understand it has BT/Wi-Fi module Where did you get this service manual? Are there more complet manuals for neo qled 2021?

I never tought Samsung will publish such information on their web. They are progressing forward

It's good to know for "people" (brother-in-law, kids, friends, wife's, kids friends) which enter to service menu and change accidentally Panel TYPE and then later, they are looking all over the web desperately to find out which one is correct.

I took photos of the service menu (opened with INFO + FACTORY).

I have already changed :
OTA support : general > OFF
BT Non-Discoverable : OFF > ON
INSTANT ON : ON > OFF
ALWAYS INSTANT ON SUPPORT : ON > OFF

In the main MENU, FMS and Advanced are empty.
