UE40c5000 - remote and tv controls dont work

Hi Guys,
would need be glad for any suggestions on my issue.
I have an UE40c5000QW and it has an interesting issue, the TV turns on immediately once you plug it to power. It starts and the buttons on the TV and also the remote function only for app 1 second when the TV starts, after that there is no reaction either to remote nor to the buttons.
So you can enter the menu but then cant move in it. You can also change the input source but only when the TV starts.
And of course you can only turn it of by pulling the power cable.
Any idea what could be the problem?
