Looking for FW T-GASDEUC v1016

I'm new here. I got an Samsung UE40D6500 running FW v 1006. More or less it works fine except 2 things:
- sometimes it switches on or off unwanted (it's creepy when the TV starts in middle of night and you hear voices in your living room) and
- some videos can't be played both directly connected or via DLNA (e.g. videos with 50fps)
I hope I can fix that with a FW update where I don't want to loose the ability to use any SAMYGO feature. I understood that FW 1016 is the last one with that possibility. From the Samsung website I can just download v1028.
Can anyone provide v1016?
