I have a f6400 (firmware 2127) and from today cannot use any app anymore. TV works but when I open smarthub it hangs before I could open any app and then the TV restarts itself. I tried to:
-Power off from mains for a minute
-Plug the tv on a dedicated socket.
-Connect wired or wireless (no difference)
-Reset Smarthub
-Factory reset.

Nothing worked. The only thing i observed is that if i disconnect it from the network then I can get into smarthub. It seems once he gets a connection all breaks.

It was fine until now, I have not done anything and the last firmware upgrade was years ago.

Any ideas what I could do?

Same happens to me. And I cannot import / export channel lists.

I did some more troubleshooting and It seems to work with wireless after all.
However the moment I plug the RJ45 and switch to a wired connection the TV freezes and then reboots (as long as I am on an app or smarthub).
I tried a different rj45 cable and port in the router and same thing.
It might be the rj45 port or something on the motherboard of the TV that got damaged.

Same to me. Smart Hub launches only if I disconnect the LAN cable. When plugging it again, reboots.
Unlikely the LAN socket is broken. I am sure it is a common error for F series. H series and others are working well.
Now, I do not know whether we get any support from Samsung or not...

I suggest to make a factory reset from the service menu.

I did factory reset and problem persists.

Did you do this from the Service Menu ?
I mean with the dangerous menu that appears when you press the dedicated remote sequence ?

Another try can be to downgrade your FW to the factory one and upgrade again.

I did the reset from service menu. I think I'm gonna stop using SamyGO and even Smart Hub. Bought a MiBox 4k top-set and I love using Google Assistant.

After Smart Hub reset (you must wait a while to complete) seems that problem is gone (for now).
