UE55ES8080 - Exlink Cable problem

Hi, I have this problem. I plugged the cable into the Service connector. on the other hand I have an RS232 female connector, a USB-Serial converter Axagon FTDI is connected to it, everything is set, and the service menu is DEBUG enabled, when I release Putty I see what the TV is sending but it's not readable and I can't send anything to the TV .. .

add info, when I connect to a newer TV, QE75Q7FNA, I can read characters beautifully

Expected. C to H series required different cable/adapter (TTL, not RS232)
