This looks like blocking via url NOT via dns. Don't know your router but I think it might not work

Yes. Here is tutorial:
1) Have router capable of dns blocking . For sure ddwrt and tomato are working, tough people reported others also work. There is some info here: https://forum.samygo.tv/viewtopic.php?f ... es#p108491
