UA48H6400AR Booting Problem Help

hello friends i have to find this good site on google i hope you help me here
i have a samsang tv smart UA48H6400AR
when a start auto rebooting my tv
i have to connect eathernet cable but still same problem screen scoming and show smart hub after rebooting few secends
only show hub and after restart

I don't have H series TV. I can't help. And we don't repair TVs here. You better send it to tech service...

its software problem can you expert give us any suggest how can remove this error and solve problem...

You need to change the software on tvs emmc. For that you need to have (previous) dump of your emmc and reflash it. Easier way is to replace a board itself.

You need dump of your emmc
I don't think dumps between different tvs are compatible. Also did you desolder emmc?

I have exactly the same problem with UE46H7090.
I even managed to get out of the loop. I tried like 200-300 time different IR codes incl 182power, info etc. then suddelny (not sure if it has something to do with the IR codes) I got the message, that no programs in the memory. From there, i could downgrade and use an older version without issues anymore. I tried then with the downgraded version - which worked fine - a factory reset again via service menu, then the same happened again, now I am trying to figure out how to some out of the loop. This seems to be a software problem. And i saw lot's of ppl have the same issue, Step 3 Smart hub, it hangs there and reboots after like 20 seconds and everythign starts over
