please need Help with UE55KS7080 Stucking/Bootloop Restarting

The TV Stucking/Bootloop Restarting, no Logo, only backlight.
The Box is not connected.
UE55KS7080

Disconnect one of ribbons and check if boots. If it does it's panel issue. If not it's board issue

but , whats its the Problem on Board? EEPROM?
