Hi guys, so i jave a question, regarding the Solar Charging One Remote by Samsung.
Is it possible to active the IR function to work all the time ? I tried pushing back button and play/pause button, but it only activates IR and until TV turns On, then it changes to bluetooth, and doesn't use ir signals anymore

Only a few buttons work with IR, the rest of them needs the remote to be paired with tv.

You can pair remote with another tv and then use it whith your TV only in IR mode.

I just need the volume up and down, to work with my home theater systemx instead of having 3-4 remotes, but it doesn't work properly

Use hdmi-cec if your home theater support it's. I control my onkyo tx-nr636 and nvidia shield with tv remote.
