UE40JU6400K not booting up.

I have a UE40JU6400K which doesn't show any picture.
Red standby light flashes 5 times, can see backlight come on, then nothing... Just blank screen.
Red light responds to remote buttons.
Any ideas?
Is it hardware or firmware issue?
