UE42F5370 Mediaplayer not responding

Hello,
my TV is not responding to any key up to 5-15min after playing a video file for the first time. If I play the file the second time, it is responding immediatly (problem with indexing the file?)
While the TV is not responding, exeAPP has high CPU usage ~50%, later it is about 5%
Is there anything I could do to fix this?
