HI
i have the following tv

QE55QN700BTXZT
software 1420.9

i don't understand and i can't find the firmware for my software which is T-OSCSBDEUC and differs from the one on the T-OSCPBDEUC forum

i tried to download the latest 1503.9 but it won't install
Can you tell me if it exists and where to find it?
